*If you cannot make this date, please get in touch so we can create an additional retreat with a group who need support but cannot make this date.
During this retreat, we will take time to acknowledge the loss you’ve experienced and the emotions that come with it. We will honor what is, feel gratitude for what was, and find healing through sharing.
When we lose something or someone dear to us, alongside the deep sense of loss, we encounter a range of emotions like sadness, anger, and helplessness. Grieving can often feel like a lonely journey, even when surrounded by friends. Over time, the attention from others may fade, while the grieving process continues to need space and time.
This retreat offers you the opportunity, in a peaceful and safe setting, to be present with whatever emotions arise at this moment. Grounded and without drama. We will not only share the pain but also reflect on the beauty and be grateful for what once was.
You are warmly welcome at Little Dutch Farm to find space for your grief and loss in connection and peace.
