09:00 – Arrival & Settling In
An arrival into the space, gently transitining from the outside world into a shared field of presence

09:15 – Breathwork & meditation
A guided practice to ground the body and calm the mind.

09:45 – Day Alignments
An intentional alignment of individual and collective expectations.

10:00 – Context & Conceptualization
An introduction to the core principles of regenerative thinking and living system. This moment offers a conceptual lens, not as fixed knowledge, but as an invitation to see, question and relate differently.

10:15 – Practice Mycelial Web
An experiential practice inspired by mycelium networks in nature. Participants map relationships, flows of value, and hidden connections across their ecosystems.

11:15 – Practice The River of Change
A refelctive and dynamic practice that explores transformation as the crossing of a river, revealing its tension, currents, and natural resistance to change.

12:00 – Circle of Talking
A facilitated dialogue space rooted in deep listening and shared presence. Participants are invited to speak and listen with intention, allowing collective insights to emerge.

12:15 – Practice The dance of Life web
An embodied exploration of movement, intuition, and systemic awareness.

13:00 – Farm-to-Table Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing, farm-to-table lunch and continue conversations in a more informal rhythm, allowing relationships and ideas to deepen organically.

14:15 – Practice: healing with nature
A guided reconnection with nature as a source of intelligence and restoration. Through snsory awareness and observation, participants shift from doing to being, opening a space for clarity, balance and renewal to emerge.

15:30 – Practice: The Forest Model
An exploration of the Forest as a living system and metaphor for organisations. participants reflect on principles such as diversity, cooperation and resilience.

16:00 – Practice The Seasons Framework
A reflective framework to understand cycles of growth, maturity, decline and renewal. Participants map their journeys ad projects across seasonal phases, aligning actions with timing, energy and natural rhythms.

17:00 – Gathering around the fire and closing
A symbolic and grounding moment to come together at the end of the journey.

19:00 – Optinal Dinner
An informal continuation of the day in a relaxed setting at a nearby restaurant (subject to reservation) offering space to deepen relationships, celebrate the journey and enjoy the evening together.

Location

At our beautiful, rural farmhouse from 1901, sustainably renovated with respect for nature, you will find peace and space. The farm features a small meadow with four horses, an orchard full of fruit trees, a flourishing vegetable garden, and a pond filled with water lilies, ducks, and frogs, accompanied by a cheerful choir of birds.

Miss & Tommie, our farm cats, and our Bernese Mountain Dog, Balou, warmly welcome you to Little Dutch Farm, where nature and simplicity come together.

After 19 years in fast start-ups and scale ups, burnout led her back to nature, reshaping her approahc to well-being, leadership and regenerative living. Today she works with individuals and organisations through coaching and immersive programs at Little Dutch Farm guiding a deeper connection with nature.

Yago Roese
Regenerative Strategist

Yago is a Brazilian strategist and facilitator working at the intersection of living systems, ancestral knowledge and regenerative business. His journey has been shaped by a search for more meaningful and responisble ways of living and leading. Today, he works with leaders and organisations through facilitation, strategy and immersive programs supporting their transition towards more regenerative futures.
