Thalita van Ogtrop
Kundalini teacher & Nature Coach

With over 15 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, Thalita brings a unique blend of business, sustainability, and human transformation to her work. As a mother of three, Kundalini teacher, and recently certified nature coach at Little Dutch Farm, she weaves together leadership, conscious living, and a deep connection to nature. Her work is rooted in the belief that true change happens when we align head (science), heart (emotion), and hands (embodied action).

Her journey into nature-based coaching is deeply personal. After years of building companies and driving impact in the sustainability space, Thalita felt the call to slow down, reconnect, and live more in tune with natural rhythms—now rooted in her life in Portugal, where she is creating a mini farm. Through this shift, she discovered that nature is not only a powerful teacher, but also a space for healing, clarity, and profound transformation.

She believes that reconnecting with nature is essential—not only for our well-being, but for creating a more sustainable and conscious world.
