After discussing the participant’s wishes, Little Dutch Farm will send a quote that must be approved. At this point, the reservation is final. Prior to the activity, Little Dutch Farm will send an invoice that must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
By the participant: once booked and paid, activities cannot be cancelled. However, the participant can choose another date if they unexpectedly cannot attend on the booked date. Notify Kim (0614963552) of the new date at least one day in advance. If the participant does not show up on the agreed date, time, and place without prior cancellation, they forfeit the right to participate at another time. A new reservation must then be made.
In case of emergencies: if the coach (Kim Taylor) is ill or other emergencies occur, the activity will be rescheduled to another date. If the new date is not suitable for the participant, they may choose to receive a refund.
Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (code Orange or Red from KNMI) and/or wind force 6 or higher with or without gusts and/or temperatures above 29°C: activities will be canceled. You will be notified by email at least one day in advance.
By the customer: once booked and paid, activities cannot be cancelled. In consultation, we can look for an alternative date for the team day.
In case of emergencies: if the guide (Kim Taylor) is ill or other emergencies occur, an alternative date for the team day can be arranged. If this is not possible or desirable, the customer will receive a refund within two working days.
Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (CODE ORANGE OR RED from KNMI) and/or wind force 6 or higher with or without gusts and/or temperatures above 29°C: activities will be canceled. You will be notified by email at least one day in advance.
By the participant: once booked and paid, activities cannot be cancelled.
The participant can reschedule the date/time up to a maximum of 24 hours before the appointment. If the participant does not show up on the agreed date, time, and place without prior cancellation, the session costs will be charged and no replacement date can be scheduled.
Participants and recipients of all activities and services provided by Little Dutch Farm:
Acknowledge the risk that outdoor activities in natural environments can bring risks, whether personal or material, for themselves or third parties.
Acknowledge that Little Dutch Farm will avoid safety risks whenever possible but cannot influence unpredictable risk factors.
Participants in activities agree that Little Dutch Farm, as the organiser of the activity or event, cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred.
By registering and participating in an activity, the participant agrees that:
They are aware of the risks of the activity and voluntarily participate in the activity.
They respect the rules and guidelines given by Little Dutch Farm, as well as follow recommendations and instructions for their own safety, the safety of others (participants or non-participants), and the setting where the activity takes place, whether it is a public natural environment or private property.
Little Dutch Farm is not responsible for inappropriate behaviour of participants during activities or for damage caused by a third party (participant or non-participant) or the natural environment.
Little Dutch Farm has a Business Liability Insurance.
Little Dutch Farm has an Outdoor First Aid diploma.
Activity times are indicative and based on ideal conditions. These times may be reduced or changed due to weather conditions. There is a 10-minute tolerance policy to allow all participants to arrive at the location.
