This year-long program invites you into eight immersive modules that follow the natural seasons. Together, they create a powerful arc of inner development, systems thinking, personal evolution, and real-world application.
This cohort is designed for leaders who:
Rosalie Puiman
Executive coach • Faculty member at THNK School of Leadership • Author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution
For over 20 years, Rosalie has coached global executives, founders, and innovators. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity with maturity and presence, and lead from their inner authority rather than from fear or outdated identity patterns. She integrates strategic clarity with deep inner work—empowering leaders to step into their true voice and aligned decision-making.
Kim Taylor
Founder of Little Dutch Farm • Nature coach • Garden therapist • Former cleantech leader
Kim embodies regenerative leadership—both literally and symbolically. Living and working on a regenerative farm, she guides individuals and teams into embodied presence, intuition, and nature-based leadership practices.
With 19 years of leadership experience in fast-growing, mission-driven companies, she deeply understands the pressure leaders face. Her work reconnects people with groundedness, wellbeing, and inner clarity—an essential foundation for authentic, life-affirming leadership.
Together, Kim and Rosalie bring a rare combination: deep regenerative practice, global leadership expertise, somatic wisdom, and transformational coaching.

Yes all sessions are fully outdoors, come rain or shine. Embracing the beauty of all seasons. Outdoor environments, even in challenging weather, invigorate the body and mind, fostering a sense of vitality and well-being. Facing varying weather conditions promotes adaptability and mental resilience, helping us to handle life’s uncertainties more effectively. Different seasons provide natural metaphors for growth, change, and letting go, enriching self-reflection and personal insights.

Nature coaching takes advantage of the outdoors, using the natural environment to inspire deep reflection and creativity. It promotes holistic well-being with techniques like mindful walking and nature-based metaphors, offering a rejuvenating and calming experience. Normal coaching is typically indoors or virtual, focusing on structured conversations and cognitive techniques for goal-setting. Nature coaching stands out for its ability to enhance stress relief and connection with nature, making it a refreshing and invigorating choice for personal growth.
Reimbursement with a PGB or through the UWV If you are eligible for a personal budget (PGB), you may be able to get the costs covered under certain conditions. You can read more about this on the Dutch government’s website. If you are unemployed, you might also be entitled to reimbursement for a coaching program. The unemployment agency (UWV) can provide all the information about available resources for recovery and reintegration.
Reimbursement through your employer, for example, in cases of burnout Most companies have a budget reserved for training, personal, and/or professional development of their employees. You can discuss with your supervisor whether a professional coaching program qualifies for this. If you’re consulting with the company doctor, your employer may be willing to cooperate, especially under the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’. This is often the case when it involves burnout prevention, long-term absenteeism, or a reintegration process. Be sure to check with HR!
For entrepreneurs, the costs of personal development and coaching are tax-deductible as business expenses.
For the 1:1 coaching package it is possible to pay in 3 installments.
