Regenerative Leadership Cohort 2026

An 8-Module Journey Through the Seasons — For Leaders Shaping the Future
In 2026, a select cohort of visionary leaders will gather on a regenerative farm to step into a new paradigm of leadership—one that is grounded, conscious, connected, and deeply attuned to the living systems we are part of.

For leaders ready to shape what comes next.

Because regenerative leadership is not taught in a classroom

This year-long program invites you into eight immersive modules that follow the natural seasons. Together, they create a powerful arc of inner development, systems thinking, personal evolution, and real-world application.

This cohort is designed for leaders who:

  • Feel called to transform outdated systems
  • Want to lead from authenticity and inner authority
  • Are ahead of the curve and ready to pave the way
  • Seek deeper resilience and clarity in uncertain times
  • Believe leadership must become regenerative—starting from within

Every module takes place on a regenerative farm, with time around the campfire, in the orchard, in the field, and on the land. Nature is not a backdrop. Nature is your co-facilitator.

Across the year you will experience

Nature Coaching is a unique and highly effective method of personal development that combines the insights gained from nature with tailored coaching techniques. Research shows that spending time outdoors and practicing mindfulness can significantly improve our ability to align our needs, values, goals, and actions. This alignment not only enhances decision-making but also boosts self-esteem and self-efficacy, making you feel more equipped to take charge of your life.
Garden therapy is a therapeutic practice that involves working with plants and gardens to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This form of therapy utilises gardening activities to promote health and healing, making it beneficial for a wide range of individuals, including those with mental health issues or stress-related conditions.
Nature has a profound impact on our well-being by reducing emotional difficulties, mental fatigue, stress, concentration issues, anxiety, and depression. Reimbursement with a PGB or through the UWV If you are eligible for a personal budget (PGB), you may be able to get the costs covered under certain conditions. You can read more about this on the Dutch government’s website. If you are unemployed, you might also be entitled to reimbursement for a coaching program. The unemployment agency (UWV) can provide all the information about available resources for recovery and reintegration.

Reimbursement through your employer, for example, in cases of burnout Most companies have a budget reserved for training, personal, and/or professional development of their employees. You can discuss with your supervisor whether a professional coaching program qualifies for this. If you’re consulting with the company doctor, your employer may be willing to cooperate, especially under the ‘Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’. This is often the case when it involves burnout prevention, long-term absenteeism, or a reintegration process. Be sure to check with HR!

For entrepreneurs, the costs of personal development and coaching are tax-deductible as business expenses.

For the 1:1 coaching package it is possible to pay in 3 installments.
