Green Monday – A Day on the Farm

Monday 20 January, 2025 from 10:00 - 16:00

Little Dutch Farm, Blokdijk 5, 1608HH, Wijdenes

About the day

A Day on the Farm is based on the principles of garden therapy, proven to reduce stress and anxiety. If you are feeling a bit stressed, A Day on the Farm on Fridays can be beneficial.

On the farm, tasks are simple and repetitive, making it easy to get into a state of “flow.” When we’re in this harmonious flow, our body, mind, and surroundings align, promoting recovery and well-being.

Being in the flow strengthens our parasympathetic nervous system and boosts brain health. It releases anti-depressant neurotransmitters like endorphins and serotonin.
