Guided by the theme of letting go, we explore though nature and dance what you're ready to release to make space for rest, clarity, and renewal.
The program includes nature coaching, a wild foraging, a dance workshop, a seasonal farm-to-table lunch, and a mindful walk through the land.

During this retreat, we will take time to acknowledge the loss you’ve experienced and the emotions that come with it. We will honor what is, feel gratitude for what was, and find healing through sharing. If you cannot make this date, please get in touch so we can create an additional retreat with a group who need support but cannot make this date.
