A little nature prescription if you're feeling overwhelmed or just want to escape the city. A day to put your hands in the soil, enjoy a farm to table lunch and be in community. The day includes a mindful practice to bring you into the present so you can fully experience the benefits of a bit of garden therapy.

During this retreat, we will take time to acknowledge the loss you’ve experienced and the emotions that come with it. We will honor what is, feel gratitude for what was, and find healing through sharing. If you cannot make this date, please get in touch so we can create an additional retreat with a group who need support but cannot make this date.
