So busy that there is no time to actually stop and think. What really gives you energy to get out of bed in the morning, what do you value, what could you get paid for?

Summer is the perfect time to reflect and reset where you are going with your business to be able to head into a productive and fulfilling autumn.

In the words of Dolly Parton; ‘Find out who you are and do it with purpose’!

In this one-day, fully outdoor retreat, we guide you to discover your Ikigai – your reason for being – and how it can shape you and your business strategy.

Facilitated by Jo, chief mission officer, strategist and brand storyteller and Kim, a nature coach with 19 years of leadership experience as a CMO in fast-growing startups, this business retreat uses the natural environment to unlock who you are and give you direction.
